RSGYC Sailors Triumphant at Optimist Leinster Championships 2011

Congratulations to RSGYC Junior Adam Hyland who won the Optimist Leinster Championships 2011. Well done also to Conor O'Beirne, Kate Lyttle, Caitlin Waters, James O'Connor and Niamh Henry and all other Club Sailors who excelled themselves at this event hosted by the NYC.
RSGYC Junior Adam Hyland won the Optimist Leinster Championships which was held in the NYC in blustery conditions over the weekend of the 28th to the 29th May. The Optimist Leinster Championships was completed in the comparative shelter of Scotsman's Bay in the lee of Dun Laoghaire's East Pier as winds across Dublin Bay hit 25 knots from the West.
