Textile artist Rosemary MacCarthy-Morrogh will advise on the intricate artistic disciplines of embroidery, batik, dying and applique.
Wife of our Rear Commodore Social, Rosemary particularly loves intricately worked decorative art pieces including dolls. Currently her special interest is felt making but she has worked in several disciplines including embroidery, batik, dying and appliqué.She will discuss her work and share insights into her approach, which will be illustrated with slides and actual examples.
