A fundraising raffle held as part of the Brown Cow Best Dressed Ladies’ Lunch in July raised €2,420 for the Laura Lynn Hospice
A fantastic €2,420 was raised by the ladies’ attending the Brown Cow Best Dressed Ladies’ Lunch on the 13 July.
The generosity of the local community in donating raffle prizes was overwhelming. Prizes included a €600 hamper from House of Fraser, a €500 voucher from We Love Laser and sansanaSPA vouchers from The Royal Marine Hotel.
Laura Lynn said, “Heartfelt thanks to all who supported the Ladies’ Lunch. Your support will help us provide vital care to Ireland’s most vulnerable children and their families. With over 1,400 children with life-limiting conditions and more than 350 child deaths a year in Ireland, our services are desperately needed. However, with no Government funding, we rely entirely on the kindness and support from the community and events like yours. Thank you for helping us to make the most of short and precious lives.”
