Launch of Our New Bistro Menu – Thursdays to Sundays

 

This Saturday evening, we’re thrilled to invite you down to the Club for the launch of our brand-new Bistro-style menu, available every Thursday through Sunday. We’ve listened carefully to your feedback, and our chefs have crafted a menu we can’t wait for you to explore.

 

Highlights from the Menu

Vegan Taco (Vegan)
A resounding pre-Christmas favourite! Featuring corn salsa, avocado purée, and hot sauce, this dish was a sell-out every time it was on the menu — even non-vegans loved it and have been asking for it since

.

Chef’s Homemade Fish Cakes
Delicate, hand-crafted fish cakes made with fresh, flaky fish, lightly golden-fried and served with a zesty herb sauce — a comforting classic with a gourmet twist.

 

Other favourites
Fresh Scampi, George’s Chicken Wings, and the ever-popular George Chowder, served with George Bread — perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.

 

Mains

Choose from a variety of hearty options:

  • Succulent steak, cooked to your liking
  • Wild Irish venison — a returning favourite
  • Pork loin Tender pan-fried pork loin served with sweetheart cabbage, a touch of apple sauce, and finished with a fragrant thyme jus — a comforting and flavourful main course.-
  • Traditional Fresh Fish & Chips
  • Chef’s special pie of the week

Indulge in our delicious:

  • Homemade Apple & Blackberry Crumble- you have asked… here it is! Rarely do people get past this on the menu.
