About the Role
The Sailing Manager is a full-time pivotal leadership role, overseeing all water-based and shore-based activities in one of Europe’s premier Yacht Clubs. This includes the provision of world class member and guest services, racing and event management, oversight and management of sailing staff, and our year round Sailing programs, Club fleet, Boatyard, equipment management and maintenance.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the Rear Commodore Sailing, this position serves as the Irish Sailing Centre Principal, ensuring seamless integration of national sailing standards. The role features seasonal intensity from April to October, with year-round strategic and administrative responsibilities, promoting inclusivity, safety, and growth in a dynamic maritime environment.
