Dun Laoghaire Youth Laser Halloween Clinic

HALLOWEEN CLINIC

The Dun Laoghaire Youth Laser Squad will be offering a 4 day coaching clinic from Saturday 27^th October to Tuesday 30^th October. Sailors already participating in the regular Sunday coaching program will have the option of signing up for the additional 3 days of coaching.

The program will be run out of the RSGYC and in conjunction with NYC.  Current group comprises around fifteen 4.7 sailors and around 8 radial sailors so we are expecting a good turnout.  The clinic will cater for both the Radial and 4.7 classes and follow the successful Sunday coaching format headed up by coaches Nicole Hemeryck and Conor O’Beirne. 

1. Sailors not already signed up for the Sunday coaching (pay Sat 27 Oct, Sun 28 Oct, Mon 29 Oct, Tue 30 Oct):  €120
2. Sailors already signed up for Sunday coaching (pay Sat 27 Oct, Mon 29 Oct, Tue 30 Oct):  €90

The program is designed for sailors who, at minimum, have competed in regional events (in any boat) and intend to participate in the regional laser circuit in 2019. The program will be managed by our coaches and they will be the first point of contact. The overall philosophy of the group is that it is sailor driven and not parent driven

Sailing will commence every morning at 09:30am with a fitness session and finish at 5:00pm
