Have you ever wondered what it was like to go sailing? The Try Sailing Afternoon is a fantastic way to give it a go and is designed for people with no previous experience – Members, non-members, neighbours, friends, work colleagues etc.
Our skippers are Club Members who will take you out on a cruiser and show you the ropes. They will give you an introduction to sailing skills on beautiful Dublin Bay.
The boat and safety equipment is all provided by the Club. All you need to bring is clothes that will keep you warm and protect you from the sun, waterproof jacket and trousers, shoes with non-marking soles, that you won’t mind getting wet, sunscreen and a hat.
