Personal Training At The RSGYC


“Hi everyone, my name is Stephen and I’m a Personal Trainer that will be providing Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) here in the yacht club! What is SGPT? It’s very similar to 1-to-1 PT but it’s in a small group setting with others working on goals similar to yours. The program provided is tailored to your goals and it’s focused on: toning muscle, burning fat, getting strong, and getting fit! I will be providing the sessions on the following days: Mon(8:15am & 9:15am), Wed(8:15am, 9:15am & 6pm) & Fri(8:15am, 9:15am ).
